Having experienced life-changing improvements in my health over several decades, I now advocate for others seeking well-being in their own lives.
My life has taken twists and turns that I never saw coming. From losing 126 pounds with the help of my chiropractor, to understanding my body better through nutrition and exercise. From working to understand how mind, body, and environment factor into my ongoing health journey, to obtaining a Master of Arts in Holistic Health Studies, followed by becoming a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Along the way, I’ve experienced highs and lows, all while moving toward a sustainable way of life that includes body, mind, and my environment.
